REX Wheels;

• REX Wheels Hubs are made from billet alloy on the newest CNC machinery. The hubs are completely produced in 1 machine using a robot arm for non-stop 24-hour production.

• Assembly of the wheels is done by hand by experienced wheel builders. The lacing and truing are all done in our specialized workshop.

• REX Wheels hubs are built with quality materials, hubs are manufactured in Holland (The Netherlands) from billet 6082 alloy. Manufacturing is done with the latest CNC technology to ensure maximum strength.  The REX hubs come complete with bearings, seals, and spacers.

• To lace up these REX Wheels hubs, an REXFELGEN rim is used. REXFELGEN is produced in Malaysia by Excel Rim Co LTD. The REXFELGEN rim is of good and consistent quality, and much better than a cheap, low-quality Chinese rim. This gives REXFELGEN the quality and performance associated with Excel Rim.

• REX Wheels spokes are made of strong stainless steel, 30% stronger than original equipment spokes. We use steel nipples with a special zinc coating that protects them against corrosion.

• Hubs run oversized quality bearings

• Centertube between bearings is made of durable 7075 alloy

• Wheel spacers are also made of 7075 alloy

• Seals are double lip to keep dirt and water out of the bearings

• Wheelsets come in one color per motorcycle brand (modern and popular bikes only) and with black rims. Besides that we also offer a black rim/silver hub for every bike (most similar to OEM wheel). REX Wheels are available in 21x1.60 / 19x2.15 / 19x1.85 and 18x2.15 inch.
