HOW TO ACTIVATE
*Soak the vest in water for 1 to 2 minutes.
*Gently squeeze out the excess water.
*When the water has stopped dripping from the vest, it is ready to wear.
*When desired, you can wipe dry the water repellent liner inside with a towel.
