Dealers Duell TMV BV only deliver to legitimate resellers into the Powersports industry and do not sell to the end consumer. We reserve the right to refuse to deliver to any account not meeting our requirements. SHIPPING Regular orders are usually shipped the same day, provided the order was received prior to 15.00 hour. Shipping will be handled by DPD, UPS, or Ziegler. Use of preferred shipper is possible. For information about shipping rates please contact our sales staff.
Orders/Backorders Orders are only accepted by e-mail or through our dealer web-shop. Dealers outside the Benelux, France and Germany will not automatically be placed on a “backorder” status unless otherwise requested.
Returns Returns will not be accepted after 30 days or without prior written approval. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid to Duell TMV BV. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice number and be in the original packaging, suitable for resale. A 20% restocking charge for handling/repackaging may be applied to any return or current items stocked by Duell TMV BV, unless found to be defective. All items are subject to inspection before credit will be issued. We reserve the right to repair or replace defective items. Close-out, discontinued, and special order items will not be accepted. Refused orders will be charged a 20% restocking fee. When Duell TMV BV is in error, full credit, plus freight, will be issued to your account.
Warranty Duell TMV BV makes no express warranties and there are no implied warranties as to the goods distributed by Duell TMV BV. If goods are warrantied, they are warranted by the manufacturer and not by Duell TMV BV.
Ownership Duell TMV BV stays in full ownership of purchased products until products are paid for in full.
